Dr. Mary Hydes is originally from Pembroke Pines, FL, but is no stranger to the Midwest. She graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biopsychology, Cognition, and Neuroscience in 2015. She continued her stay in Ann Arbor for dental school and in 2019 earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. Throughout her time at UofM, Dr. Hydes was active in the dental community and provided dental services both locally and abroad through various volunteer programs.

Dr. Hydes is eager to learn and grow her practice in the Chicago-area; she prides herself on open communication with patients to understand their goals in their dental care. She believes working collaboratively with patients and other health care professionals leads to sustainable and successful health care, of which dentistry plays a vital role. Dr. Hydes looks forward to working with both adult and pediatric patients in the Evanston office.

Outside of her work as a dentist, Dr. Hydes enjoys trying new restaurants, participating in a variety of workout classes, catching up on guilty pleasure shows, and traveling with her family to enjoy warmer weather!
