I've been going to the Skokie location for over 5 years and it has always been a solid place because of the professional staff, efficient customer service, and effective performance and quality of work. Yet, it was not until I received expert care and treatment from the very empathetic Dr. Puja and her invaluably positive dental assistant Mary that I felt Webster Dental in Skokie was a true gem in all of Chicagoland. The level of deep thought-partnership, effective problem solving of obstacles, and patient-centered advocacy is something I never experienced in healthcare and I have to thank these two amazing professionals for it. And they do it all with the most genuine and positive hearts and smiles. Can one say that it is a lot of fun to go to the dentist now? I recommend Dr. Puja and Mary to people of all ages, and I think their disposition is perfect for children, young people, and those of us young at heart. Dr Ethel was very kind and caring. I noticed how she is skilled, experienced, and efficient in her work. Her assistant Adil was very helpful! Great experience 5/5!

Dr. Ho, was nice, and seemed attentive. I appreciate, him asking if I had questions before and after my procedure was done.

I had a great experience with this dental office. Dr. Gasser had me in and out in a short period of time. He also was very gentle and I did not feel a thing. His assistant was also real patient and handled me well.

The doctors and staff are great, but the owners are not. I will go where Dr. Kontos is and no longer will patronize Webster Dental Care.

I had never been put under or had any form of surgery before getting my wisdom teeth out, so I was extremely nervous. All three staff members helped to make this such a positive experience for me. Dr. Hansen, Jesse, and Lauren helped me relax and feel so much better. They asked me who my favorite artist was and played sombr for me on the alexa. Taking time to find ways that would calm me down went such a long way for me. The aftercare of the surgery was also fantastic as they were super gentle, helping me from the room to the car. If my top two have to be taken out, I will be going back to them 1000%. Wonderful experience, I'm so glad they gave it to me :)

Dr. Hanson is the best dentist and oral surgeon I have ever been to in my life. His assistants Jessie and Paul were exceptional and very detail oriented. I am so pleased he is my Doctor.

Dr. Kramer, who just joined the staff at 4949 W. Irving Park Rd., is a gem! I followed him to this locale because he has provided the most thoughtful and gentle dental work I've experienced in several decades. If you need -- heck, we ALL need -- trustworthy dental care, please visit him!

I couldn’t be happier with the dental work Dr. Connolly completed. My implant was no easy feat, but he did it with perseverance and great chair side manner. Tasha, his assistant, is also amazing, giving encouragement to me and having anything the doctor needed at the ready. The office staff at both facilities I visited were so helpful and efficient. Once again I gotta praise Webster's dental hygienist "Bo." This time, she spotted a potentially infection-prone condition from a 1999 root canal, got DDS to look immediately, got me a specialist appointment within a week, and explained clearly what to expect. 5-23-26

Love Dr. Ethel and her ability to listen and ask questions. My most recent visit was just a cleaning, but I was having issues with my night guard (a fairly new item for me) and by asking questions and listening to the issues I was having Dr. Ethel was able to offer up some suggestions and make an adjustment on the guard that makes all the difference in my comfort. Appreciate the team at this location and all they do!

Carmen is the best dental hygienist. She always does the best job cleaning my teeth and is such a nuce person. At this most recent appointment Dr. Gasser did an exam and was wonderful as usual.

I had a recent cleaning at Webster Dental. Rachel is fantastic! She's patient, knowledgeable and thorough. Dr. Brzcinski checked my mouth after my cleaning and gave me a clean bill of health.
