Dr. Gasser is a very competent and experienced dentist, with a natural ability to explain things in everyday language. He also has a very good seat-side manner. I highly recommend him and the whole Webster Dental team.

Dr. Zoma and her assistant Bismah patiently helped me scan my upper and lower teeth to make a customized night guard for me. Dr Zoma modified the night guard couple times to ensure it fits very well with my teeth.

Dental work isn’t fun but Dr Cohen is pretty awesome. For my sake, I hope he never retires.

Other reasons I’m here:

1. Billing: they take my insurance (BCBS) and don’t mislead on that. They submit the claims. They provide estimates.

2. Privacy: they use “outdated” paper forms. The last place wanted to take my picture for their billing software. No thanks. I don’t need a complex privacy agreement for getting my teeth cleaned. (And the other place couldn’t even tell me where my picture was going or if there was an agreement, so I walked out.)

People we have choices in the world, this is one of them. Use people like this who don’t sell your data or waste *your* time with AI answering the phone.

Of course the biggest reason: he’s a pro. He makes you comfortable and does a great job.

First, I am not a fan of getting dental work done. I inherited poor quality teeth. I moved and had to find a new dentist. Everyone that I came in contact with was very kind and welcoming. I forgot to bring something to keep my hands busy and I was pleasantly surprised that they had a 'fidget' toy I could use. If only all of my other dental visits had been as good as this team provides. They are my new home until I move!

My 2 sons & I had a great experience at Webster Dental. My oldest son really enjoyed talking with Dr. Bob, I heard conversation & laughter the whole time. My younger son & I saw Dr. B & also had a pleasant experience.

My family and I have been using this clinic for last 30 years and I am very pleased with the services they provide. Dr. Medndelson and his hygienist Bo are great! I can trust them for all my dental needs and Bo is such a sweetheart! She is very professional, compassionate and thorough in what she does.

Today I had dental cleaning with Justin. I asked him to be very gentle with the cleaning because of an issue with the crown. He was so nice and he did exactly what I asked. He did a wonderful job. Kudos to Justin and thank you so much for being so caring and understanding.

Today October 5th, I had cleaning with Bo. As usual, Bo is so compassionate and understanding and I am always happy when I get appointment with her because she’s so popular, it’s not easy to find an appointment with her. I have already booked my 2 more cleanings with her. Bo understands my issues and does her best to make me feel comfortable. She’s also smart and funny and always has a great smile. She makes you feel so welcome and she’s very knowledgeable and explains all the steps and reasoning behind those steps. Thank you Bo. It was great to see you again.

I’ve been a patient of Webster Dental Care in Lakeview for over 15 years, first joining because of a Groupon. I’ve always been pleased with the quality of service, friendliness of staff, and transparency shared by everyone at the office. The office is decorated like a luau and is always a very pleasant environment, regardless of how much dental work I am getting done. A+!

As usual, everyone was friendly and professional. As a long time patient, they continue to help me take care of my teeth with scheduled regular checkups and cleaning.

Karen is absolutely the best dental hygienist ever. She is very compassionate, understanding and very thorough. Dr. Nemenich is also the best! Very gentle, thorough and great sense of humor.
