Dr. Gasser is a very competent and experienced dentist, with a natural ability to explain things in everyday language. He also has a very good seat-side manner. I highly recommend him and the whole Webster Dental team.

Dr. Zoma and her assistant Bismah patiently helped me scan my upper and lower teeth to make a customized night guard for me. Dr Zoma modified the night guard couple times to ensure it fits very well with my teeth.

Dental work isn’t fun but Dr Cohen is pretty awesome. For my sake, I hope he never retires.

Other reasons I’m here:

1. Billing: they take my insurance (BCBS) and don’t mislead on that. They submit the claims. They provide estimates.

2. Privacy: they use “outdated” paper forms. The last place wanted to take my picture for their billing software. No thanks. I don’t need a complex privacy agreement for getting my teeth cleaned. (And the other place couldn’t even tell me where my picture was going or if there was an agreement, so I walked out.)

People we have choices in the world, this is one of them. Use people like this who don’t sell your data or waste *your* time with AI answering the phone.

Of course the biggest reason: he’s a pro. He makes you comfortable and does a great job.
