I have visited Webster dental care three times and Ni is one of the best dental hygienists I’ve ever had! She is incredibly thorough yet efficient and friendly. The cleaning took about 30 minutes and was right on time. My only complaint would be that Ni is a bit of an aggressive flosser, but I’m sure she knows what she is doing.

The staff are very nice and welcoming. My dentist is caring, knowledgeable, and personable. I'm very happy with my alignment treatment and the care I am receiving.

First time met with front desk, “NIA”, she is truly an asset to this clinic, very active worker, very positive and energized. Her positive attitude just helps things run smoother here! Got my routine cleaning done, sadly it was rough. Next visit needs to request for the usual hygienist staff who well experienced and has an angel touch. My visit usually twice a year and always see new faces, somehow the clinic having a hard time keeping the good ones around. Hopefully NIA stays, she has great service mind, always smile, she is just above and beyond!!

Very high quality care at this practice. Very thorough and meticulous hygienists and dentists. Office is also very clean and well organized. Highly recommend.

Always a comfortable place to have your dental work

Webster Dental it's and has been a Dental office that I can trust, for the last thirty years they have been there always for me and my family, I lived in skokie, so I didn't had a long drive to take care of my Dental needs, but now, for the last 7 years I travel from Gurnee to continue my Dental needs, that is a great complement to them, for the excellent serviced, and great dentists Webster Dental has, had for many years.

Amelia was f very friendly and professional in cleaning my teeth and explaining their condition.

My cleaning and hygienist was so great. That alone I would give 5 stars. But I waited over a month to be able to see Dr. Pikus. I booked the appointment over a month out to see her specifically. After my cleaning was over I found out Dr Pikus was not even there. No one told me I had to ask when I would see her and was then told she was not there. No explanation. Overall customer service and organization has been so poor. The dental care itself is what brings me back. But it’s getting difficult to justify returning.

Prompt and courteous service.

They are very punctual and the few times I waited was less than 5 min. The people are nice and the service is very good! We usually go around 3pm or later. Only minor issue is the occasional rescheduling but for it's not a huge issue because of the great service they provide.

Always a pleasant experience. Nina is very nice and considerate. Everyone at Webster Dental is very pleasant and helpful.
