The office personnel were very helpful in assisting with questions on dental insurance. 5 star for them, The hygienist was very professional and was very thorough cleaning my teeth. Doctor Janis is the best, she examines the teeth very carefully for any problems. The entire staff from the receptionist, prep person, hygienist and Doc Janis are outstanding.

Staff and Dr Garrett were kind and gracious to my kids who were nervous to sit in the chair. Cleanings for my kids were quick and straight-forward. Good to note the pediatric dentist is only there on Tuesdays at this practice.

Dr. Barker is the best. She is skilled and always focused on my comfort. This time, a newer tech was assisting her and her manner with Sarah was very patient and calm. She is a great teacher as well.

I guess they’re fine but they are always running behind so schedule in an extra half hour.
I have been having some insurance problems and I called a few times without any kind of response. UnFortunately, the front desk does not seem to deliver messages to the back, because after five attempts. Yes 5 , I decided to drive overI was told not 1 msg was received by the billing mgrI called again yesterday morning and was told she was in with a patientAnd I said if I didn’t receive a call back by 12 I would be coming inThe front desk told me that was my choice I did not receive any phone calls… so i drove in luckily i was off as the ins co was ready to close the claimWhen I came in I immediately asked to speak to the billing manager, and I spoke with kelly QMy insurance company kept giving me and her the runaround as well, and she made sure my claim was sent through with everything the Ins Co was looking forShe immediately took my paperwork, sat me down and directly called them in front of me.They were telling each of us different things including I never even had my 49 minute discussion with them andKelly corrected them Quickly with my notes from our discussionIf you ever need anything handled immediately with directness and speed, talk to kelly, whatever your Insurance issue is she will handle itThanks a again Kelly. If anyone will get this resolved it will be youThis is why you are getting a high rating as well as dental work itselfOn a different note we have had three kids have their braces done 1 currently . I’ve had a few implants and we have all our cleanings and general dentistry thereNeedless to say we spend a lot of money hereAnd while the work is good I have to say the communication is terrible.We have recommended three people who, after two visits never went back due to lack of communication from the office. I noticed you’re always training somebody at the front desk and I don’t know if that’s the issue of why people seem to have a hard time getting phone calls back regarding whatever it is they needBut its a huge reason people leave your facilityDental needs are expensive and to have to chase 5 phone calls is really unacceptable to get help with an issueIts kind of a constant issue in many different areas we have needed to speak with someone. We’ve stuck it out there for yrs but its really disheartening when i can’t get any communicationIf I could, please suggest that whether it be a team meeting or pre-shift to remind people that your customers needs communication. Its keyHeck put a sticky note on each customer service reps desk stating “Communication is Key”It would keep your clients much happier as well as recommending your office to othersPeople don’t want to feel ignored after pmt is received. We pay before treatment. We just want answers during or afterMaybe hire a few more kelly Q’s
