Friendly staff, good hygienist team, Dr. Connolly is great in hs approach and establishing relationships with patients.

Everyone here is lovely. Dr. Connoly is very communicative and thoughtful. Every hygienist, every receptionist, every person in the office is friendly and helpful. They help me figure out what a final cost would be before a procedure. I've brought my kids, and everyone is so gentle and friendly that my 6 yr old loves coming to the dentist for a cleaning. This is such a great practice.

Always a good experience. Never had an issue. Taken back within minutes of my arrival. When my crown got loose, they got me in the next day. It seems like they understand the importance of their patients.

I needed a biopsy of a spot on my tongue. This could have been nerve wracking, However, the staff is so friendly (while hiding their efficiency) that there was no need to be nervous. Dr David Hanson was terrific. His humor was perfectly timed, he explained everything he did, to the point of helping me dissect the meaning of one word I did not understand. I will return to that practice with no hesitation.

The hygienist was terrific. The office staff not so much. I prefer to discuss the matter with the practice not through Google

I appreciate the decision that Dr. Jon Richter made to be a part of the practice. I also appreciate the accommodations made at other offices to accomodate me in times of need. Kudos to Dr. James Cohen at Webster Portage Park! The periodontists within the practice have also had a positive effect on my dental care. I have found the practice to be accomodating and mindful, when necessary.

I’m not new to this dental practice, but this was my first appointment with Dr. K — and I was genuinely impressed by her positivity and patient-centered care! She is bubbly, incredibly knowledgeable, and SO patient. I’m usually anxious at the dentist (tears are basically a given), but Dr. K made me feel completely at ease and never made me feel bad for being nervous. Her bedside manner is truly amazing — kind, gentle, and reassuring throughout the entire visit.

What really blew me away was that she offered new treatment options for ongoing issues I had been told had no solution. It was the first time I felt hopeful and heard in a dental setting. I’m so grateful to have found her and have already started recommending her to anyone looking for an incredible dentist. Dr. K is an absolute gem!

I have been going to Webster Dental for many years now and have always left my appointments feeling refreshed and with a big smile on my face. I know what you're thinking: but Kevin--it's a dental care practice! How could anyone feel refreshed and leave a place smiling after having strangers jam sharp metal instruments, probing fingers and cold jets of water into their mouth???
The answer is simple. All the staff are friendly, professional, and efficient. I have seen 3 of the staff doctors there over the years, and each of them has left me with a confident smile on my face.
The dental assistants are thorough, personable and genuinely care about the well-being of their patients. The office always appears clean. The waiting area is never too crowded, in spite of the office always seeming to be busy. My typical appointment lasts about 45 minutes for a check-up and cleaning. I highly recommend this office for your regular dental care needs!

As a person that don’t like dentist, the staff at Webster dental in Hoffman Estates are the best they may feel comfortable. They took care of my needs. They treat me like a person. This is rare for this time of age if you’re looking for a great dentist, see them.

I was under the care of Dr Garry and Sarah, both absolute professionals. Dr. Garry retired and had transferred my care to Dr. Stevens as he knew that I would get the same care and attention that he himself provided me as I have some unusual problems with my jaw. I was not disappointed. I highly recommend this dental clinic and their staff.

My wife, my daughter and I have been coming to Webster dental in Hoffman Estates for over 10 years, even though we live in Palatine and there are numerous closer offices.

We have consistently received not only professional service and advice on dental care, but assistance and full explanations of insurance and billing.

While going to the dentist is not our favorite thing to do, this office and their employees make it as easy and convenient as could be.

I would recommend others to look into this office for their dental services.

I have been fortunate to have Bo as my hygienist for over 20 years. She is truly exceptional and genuinely cares about my oral health, financial well-being, and overall wellness. Bo takes the necessary steps to minimize the need for extensive dental work. I vividly remember my first visit to the dental office after a long hiatus of at least five years without seeing a dentist or hygienist. Bo performed a deep scaling and cleaning of my teeth and gums, a process that took some time, but she handled it with remarkable skill and patience. I can confidently say that she is the only hygienist I will see; while others may be competent, Bo stands out as truly excellent.
