Bio

I’ve always had a passion for making others laugh and smile, so it makes sense that I found a career in dentistry. Practicing dentistry has allowed me to have a positive impact on the lives of my patients by helping them achieve their unique set of oral health goals and needs. I work hard to educate my patients on all of their treatment options so that they can make informed decisions in the oral healthcare. My patient-centered approach to treatment planning allows me to work with my patients to develop individualized plans that they are confident in.

I received my BS in Human Biology at Michigan State University’s Lyman Briggs College and went on to attend University of Michigan for dental school. Attending rival universities was difficult, but my allegiance has always remained with the Spartans. After completing my DDS degree, I trained at Loyola University Medical Center in a general practice residency. I gained excellent experience in all areas of dentistry and discovered a special interest in cosmetic dentistry. My time in residency was a great success and I was named Resident of the Year on completion of the program.

When I’m not practicing dentistry, I can be found running or rollerblading on the lakeshore, traveling, trying new restaurants, or cheering on my favorite team – the MSU Spartans!
