After receiving your restoration, make sure you take care of it by following these simple directions:
If an anesthetic was used, try not to chew any food or gum until the numbness has ended.
Resume normal brushing avoiding the treated area.
Use a sensitivity toothpaste if you have issues with hot or cold sensitivity.
Take your medications or antibiotics (if prescribed) as stated by the physician.
Rinse your mouth with salt water up to 3 times a day to reduce swelling.
You will most likely have discomfort for a few days after your procedure. However, if your bite is crooked or you are experiencing pain, please call our office with your concerns.
